Kids Against Hunger
Posted on October 12, 2017 |
McKay Hall turned into a mini factory October 18 as about 130 volunteers prepared 25,000 dry-food meals in the Kids Against Hunger project. The mission program packages highly nutritious, life-saving meals for starving and malnourished children and their families in developing countries and the United States. The goal of the organization is for its meals to provide a stable nutritional base from which recipient families can move from starvation to self-sufficiency. For pictures of the event, click here.
